Integration with the Product Creation Process: This master class guarantees a comprehensive overview of the project management profession. It is based on the IPMA Competence Baseline NCB 3*. A valuable addition to this baseline forms the link to the Product Creation Process. The master class is therefore particularly suitable for people who work in engineering and/or product development and want to understand how project management is used in conjunction with system engineering, quality management, process improvement,
reliability engineering and supply chain management.
Success in business depends on realizing the right objectives. Even when the circumstances are difficult. The focus of this masterclass will therefore not only be on building a thorough theoretical knowledge but also on the application of the daily, often unruly practice. Learn how to achieve effective and proactive behavior, as project manager or as member of a project team.
As a starting or senior project manager, project participant, technical architect, (lead) engineers or product manager you will benefit from this training by increasing your knowledge and skills.

This curriculum is based on the guidelines of IPMA (International Project Management Association), which guarantees an internationally proven quality and experience level. The IPMA guidelines are based on best practices. Emphasis is on results rather than on the way to achieve this. This has resulted in a wide acceptance for IPMA.
The training is an excellent preparation for the examination at IPMA Certificering Nederland for IPMA at level D (starting project manager) or the theoretical exam at level C (Experienced Project Manager with demonstrable experience).
"The way of training is greatly appreciated and the way it is done is experienced as passionate. With the target on ‘project management is a profession’, we are making a great start with the in-company training of Holland Innovative!" Cris Meijnen - AWL Techniek Harderwijk
