How to convince stakeholders that the solution you have in mind is the best option for all?
What can I do when somebody confronts me in front of the meeting? What can you do set the right stage for the discussion from the very start? How to transform resistance into buy-inn?
You will learn how you can easily prevent a big part of the discussion by starting the meeting the right way. Also you will practice the techniques to deal with resistance and drive it towards a decision supported by all.

‘Learn the psychologic behind your own behavior and that of others’:
With this one colleague I always get in trouble. Approached in certain ways, I really get irritated. You know with some people you have to work, but smooth corporation just doesn’t come easy. What is the psychologic behind your behavior? And why does the other behave like he or she does?
You will learn the mechanics of behavior and learn to appreciate the differences instead of fighting them. When you succeed, the workplace becomes a rich place for learning and development!
